Liver Treat Recipe


  • 500g liver (beef or lamb)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • water


  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add liver and garlic to boiling water.
  3. Simmer for half an hour
  4. Remove liver from water and cut into small cubes
  5. Spread out on foil lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 150C for 2 hours.
  7. Liver is done when shrunken and dry to the touch.
